Astral Bazaar releases a psychedelic music video along with their newest single ‘The Girl with the Purple Hair’. This is the second single from the band’s upcoming second album.

Band comments on making of the video:

“We really set no boundaries when making this video and we are extremely pleased with how it turned out. We decided to shoot against a greenscreen and then overlaid the image with heavy psychedelic effects that we thought would go with the song. What you see in the video pretty much reflects the fun times we’ve had when making our music.”

Astral Bazaar is a six-piece psychedelic rock band from Helsinki area, Finland. The band’s vision is to combine progressive rock influences with experimental sounds created from a variety of guitar and vocal effects. Their newest release “The Girl with the Purple Hair” is a mixture of various musical elements such as rhythmic looping guitar riffs, 60’s style floating vocal harmonies and a few jazzy saxophone licks. These all blend into a continuum of varying musical sections, and the end result is a psychedelic musical trip where the mood varies from chill and atmospheric to fun and quirky.
