‘Kissing Someone Else’ (Josh Lumsden Remix) by Caroline Kingsbury | New Remix EP, ‘Remixes From Heaven’

This Friday, Los Angeles indie-pop songstress Caroline Kingsbury shares a newly remixed single, ‘Kissing Someone Else’ (Josh Lumsden Remix).

The track is a dance remix on the original hit and serves as the focus track off her brand new remix EP, ‘Remixes From Heaven’, out via Fortune Tellers.

‘Remixes From Heaven’ is composed of newly remixed versions of key tracks off her debut album, ‘Heaven’s Just A Flight’ (released last year via Fortune Tellers Records). It includes Nashville indie-pop outfit Arlie’s take on ‘Massive Escape’, a remix by Fortune Tellers’ Peter Matthew Bauer, and the focus dance remix from DJ Josh Lumsden, as well as two new alternate versions by Caroline herself.

Speaking on the brand new project, Caroline wrote: “Heaven’s Just A Remix is the dreamy echo of my debut album ‘Heaven’s Just A Flight’. I took some of my fan’s favorite songs off the album and either stripped them down or completely flipped the instrumentation to create an entirely new version. After releasing my debut during COVID I wanted to make sure I also included a dance version of ‘Kissing Someone Else’ (remix by Josh Lumsden) just in time for Pride 2022”.
