‘Professor Steiner’s Trip’ by Nash Albert | New Album, ‘Kingdom Of Love’

Nash Albert’s new track ‘Professor Steiner’s Trip,’ from his upcoming album ‘Kingdom Of Love’ (out August 2025 via Think Like A Key Music), is a satirical dive into a world that feels like it’s teetering on the edge of madness.

‘Kingdom Of Love’ is exciting upcoming album by ‘Kingdom Of Love’ by the Georgian guitarist who traded Soviet folk for high-voltage rock. The upcoming album will be chaotic, satirical exploration of our tech-obsessed world, wrapped in analog sound that’s as human as it gets.

The song takes you on a journey through a bizarre, absurdist narrative, powered by Albert’s sharp-witted songwriting and a biting commentary on our present-day obsession with technology, misinformation, and conspiracy theories.

Opening with a tale of Johnny, a lawyer whose life spirals into chaos after a bizarre murder involving a brutal woman named Gale, the track quickly morphs into an exploration of a society that’s lost its grip on reality. It’s a psychological trip, where the lines between fact and fiction blur, and things spiral into the surreal.

As Albert and co-producer Ilya Mazaev build this sonic landscape, you’re met with a heady blend of alternative rock, swerving between eerie, hypnotic melodies and manic energy. It’s a perfect soundtrack for a narrative where “sanity” is a fluid concept, and “who’s really taking the trip?” becomes the big question.

Lyrically, ‘Professor Steiner’s Trip’ paints a world where even the most grounded people, like Johnny, get caught up in an unhinged reality. There’s the mysterious professor, Steiner, who believes he has all the answers, even as the chaos around him reaches a fever pitch. There’s murder, conspiracy, and, of course, lizard-goats (yes, you read that right). It’s the kind of song that dares you to question everything…and then laugh at how absurd it all seems.

As for the accompanying video, it takes full advantage of generative tools to add another layer of irony. In a world where technology and the digital realm are so closely entwined, it’s fitting that Albert and his team would take a swipe at the very thing they’re critiquing. But, as they jokingly note, the music itself is 100% human-made, no algorithms were harmed in the making of this track.

‘Professor Steiner’s Trip’ is a darkly playful exploration of where we are as a society technologically advanced, but maybe just a little too far gone. If the rest of ‘Kingdom Of Love’ is anything like this, we’re in for a wild ride.

When asked about it, Nash Albert replied: “This single is a psychological allegory of the increasing spread of craziness in our world. In my opinion, the world is going totally insane, losing its humanity. We are more connected than ever before, but also never further apart. We are on the verge of huge changes, especially with AI.” While Ilya Mazaev said, “We are living in the turbulent times where internet replaced traditional mass media and people stick to all sorts of conspiracy theories and misinformation without checking facts no matter how ridiculous or surreal they are. This song is a satire on what’s literally happening and how people consume bullshit in enormous amounts.
