‘Tell Me a Lie’ by Fair Visions | New Album, ‘Quite An End’

Exclusive video premiere of ‘Tell Me a Lie’ by Fair Visions, taken from their upcoming album, ‘Quite An End,’ out May 7th, 2024.

Fair Visions have released ‘Tell Me A Lie,’ the third single from their forthcoming album, Quite An End. This new album introduces live instrumentation instead of sequencers, adding a raw energy to the band’s distinctive indie rock sound. Producer Abe Seiferth (known for his work with Nation of Language, LCD Soundsystem, and Car Seat Headrest) collaborated with the band, along with a range of talented musicians like Tim Lappin (Casual Male) on bass, Chris Egan and Jesse Lewis on drums, and Beck Zegans (Goo!). Background vocals were provided by Syd Matisse and Leah Lavigne (Ok Cowgirl), with additional contributions from local icons Miles Hewitt and John Roland Miller.

Recorded in the Summer of 2021 at Transmitter Park Studios, Quite An End was mastered by Joe Lambert. The ‘Tell Me A Lie’ single is available for download when you purchase a cassette on Bandcamp.

The album’s debut single tour will kick off at Union Pool in Brooklyn, NY, on April 21st, 2024.

Fair Visions is the brainchild of Ryan Work, a songwriter and musician from Franklin, Tennessee, now based in Queens, New York. The project has previously released two six-track EPs: ‘Modern Kids’ (2021) and their debut, ‘A Way Out’ (2020). The highly anticipated new album, ‘Quite An End,’ is set to release on May 7th, 2024.
