‘Underwater Remixed’ by Natalia Clavier | New Album This Fall
Today, Natalia Clavier (Thievery Corporation) shares ‘Underwater Remixed’, two remixes of her brand new solo single entitled ‘Underwater’. The first remix is by Eric Hilton of Thievery Corporation and the second is by ETHNO.
“Eric Hilton is the first person that gave me an opportunity in the music industry 16 + years ago by producing my first solo album, signing me to ESL Music and inviting me to join Thievery Corporation,” wrote Natalia. “Eric remixing this track marks the beginning of the next chapter in my career; it feels like a full circle collaboration. He infused the remix with his classic trip hop sounds and a sexy bass grove.”
She continued, “ETHNO is the solo project of Thievery Corporation’s drummer and live show music director Jeff Franca, and I absolutely love his global sound. He took this remix to an obscure and psychedelic place that invites the listeners either to free flow movement or introspective stillness.”
