‘Sing in Brightness’ (Déhà remix) is the first single taken from ‘A Year of Grace’, the new EP by Belgian band Baby Fire.

The EP completes the grace trilogy started by the four-track EP ‘Searching for Grace’ in 2020 and the album ‘Grace’ in 2022. ‘A Year of Grace’ consists of three remixes from the album, one previously unreleased track (‘Like Stars’), and the title track.

The single is an autobiographical song which evokes the transformation of a melancholic and distant adolescent who emerges from her chrysalis and learns to love herself. Dominique Van Cappellen-Waldock, the creator of Baby Fire, dug through the family collection to create a movie based on vintage Super 8 films.

‘A Year of Grace’ will be released on cassette and digital formats only on October 13 by French label Coeur sur toi. You can preorder the EP from the following link.
