The EP, consisting of five tracks including ‘Vibing,’ ‘Sentinel Peak,’ and the titular ‘Hypersphere,’ showcases a blend of noise-rock, experimental, post-punk, and kraut-rock genres. ‘Hypersphere’ is the result of a strong musical connection between Cattaneo, Tim Lefebvre, and Andrea Lombardini. Utilizing improvised sets featuring drum machines and pedal effects, the trio crafted a collection of music fragments that coexist and complement each other, showcasing their diverse talents and musical sensibilities.

Paolo Cattaneo is a versatile musician, songwriter, and electronic performer, known for his diverse portfolio ranging from three solo albums to composing soundtracks for various audiovisual projects. Notably, he collaborated on the soundtrack for the site-specific artwork ‘Hyperstellar’ and released the EP ‘L’albero acerbo’ with English producer Howie B. Andrea Lombardini, celebrated as one of Europe’s most original electric bass players, boasts a rich musical career spanning jazz, post-noise bands like Buñuel, and teaching at prestigious conservatories. Tim Lefebvre, an Italian-born, LA-based musician and composer, has left an indelible mark with appearances on over 150 recordings, from Grammy award-winning albums to collaborations with renowned artists across diverse genres, establishing himself as a versatile and prolific bassist.
