I wrote this song in probably an hour or less while getting ready to go out; it all just kind of fell out onto a page in one piece. I was trying not to ruin a good time for myself with my own thoughts. Josh (Eastman) and I had a lot of fun putting this one together in the studio, but now that I think about it, it’s more painfully honest than fun lyrically, isn’t it…’
