‘Good Advice’ by My Wife’s An Angel | New Album, ‘Yeah, I Bet’

Exclusive video premiere of ‘Good Advice’ by My Wife’s An Angel, taken from their upcoming album, ‘Yeah, I Bet,’ slated for release on April 18th, 2025 via Knife Hits Records.

Some bands take years to come together. Others happen in a single moment. My Wife’s An Angel is one of those. One night, mid-epiphany, frontman G decided that if he ever started a band, he’d call it Road Rage—fast, loud, and reckless. His wife, Kels, barely looked up from folding laundry before saying, “You should call it My Wife’s An Angel.” And just like that, the name stuck.

Their debut album, ‘Yeah, I Bet,’ carries that same energy—straight to the point and full of attitude. It sounds like a kid running around in the summer heat, flipping off the neighbor yelling at them to stay out of their yard. It’s fast, loud, and doesn’t take itself too seriously, with a little humor thrown in for good measure.

Featuring Boone on guitar, Fancy on bass, Jagwah on drums, and G on lyrics, ‘Yeah, I Bet’ was recorded by Dan Angel and mastered by Alex Nagle. There’s even a cover of Willie Nelson’s ‘Funny How Time Slips Away’ because why not?
